Simplest way to make dedicated cloud

Please what is the simplest way how one can make cloud out of few dedicated servers? Is it wise choice?

Some people advised "Onapp", CloudStack and OpenStack, but is there any other choices?

Like I said on one of your questions, cloud uses Virtual Machine. Servers use to create a cloud are Hypervisors and Controller Server to be able to create and manage these Virtual Machines. OnApp is one type of Controller Server. This is used as a user interface to create and manage virtual machine located in the Hypervisor servers.
