Hello, did you tried RamNode? I read review and their SSD VPSs was found very fast. Like 70MBps, fast SSD disk and cpu. The prices starts at $2 monthly for 128MB VPS. They offer VPS in Netherlands too.

i was thinking about running cpanel or WHM reseller hosting there (13usd/mo cpanel/whm), or using that as a backup space.

No experience over here, but they do seem to have great plans. Solid state drives are indeed a great "hook" for the more savvy folks. 1Gbps connection is a great topping too.
