Best free hosting control panels for the Linux server?

What are the best server control panels for website hosting, that are free and works on Linux?

Maybe most feature rich are paid cPanel and DirectAdmin(cP to DA migration tutorial).

But if one do not wish to pay like $20+ monthly just for control panel, then there are DirectAdmin & cPanel reseller hosting accounts or a nice free control panels below:

ISPConfig (not so newbie-friendly, fast and secure, 2GB RAM+. How to install it? #1, #2, #3) HA/Failover: not integrated, they mention "Mirrored Clusters" 1, 2
Webmin (not newbie-friendly, lightweight, 1GB RAM should be fine,versatile, claimed not to be as secure as ISPConfig) HA/Failover: maybe?
CyberPanel (newbie friendly, 1GB RAM+) HA/Failover: integrated 1, 2
CentMinMod (command line based, good if performance important and high visitors, 4GB RAM+?!) HA/Failover: manual setup(not integrated) 1, 2
HestiaCP (fork of a VestaCP - newbie friendly interface, 1GB RAM+)
FastPanel (1GB RAM+, newbie friendly, has pretty much everything needed for a website hosting)
OpenPanel (1GB RAM+, newbie friendly interface)
KloxoNG (for Redhat/Centos 7, feature rich, was not extremely user friendly but feature rich, fork of a KloxoMR)
BrainyCP (Russian language only?, CentOS, 1GB RAM 1GB SWAP)
Sentora (zPanel successor, newbie friendly) (requires minimal Linux and supports Apache only, 512MB RAM+?)
yunohost - 512MB RAM min. 1GB recommended, 500Mhz CPU min.
CentOSWebPanel - claimed to be insecure, but has nice UI
KeyHelp - (recommend at least 1GB of RAM, Ubuntu 12,14 + Debian 8)

zPanel
Webmin

zPanel is outdated, its successor is Sentora.
Webmin i think is hard to work with if you are not experienced server admin and just want to host a website
