ClickDesk staff is ignorant regarding customer requests, example their online chat system has 30 chats limit for free users, and when reached one cant edit his account and they spam you on IM instead of website visitor leaving message, they initiate chats to waste your visitors time and your too. The chats are initiated to Google talk.
Please forward this to programmers, make a tweak in your system which will ensure that if 30 chats monthly limit is reached, all site visitors messages goes as offline message to email, not as a chat request. Because chat request goes delayed and my site visitors time is wasted. Why? Because i cant respond when reached the 30 chats limit. I dont want to upgrade. Just slight modiffication that dont allow initiating chat, but instead leave a message.
