I found viglink.com script (http://cdn.viglink.com/images/pixel.gif?ch=1&rn=*) is loaded by my website and i was not aware i added it.

I googled and found Viglink can be related to Cloudflare which i am using.

And indeed in "Cloudflare / my site / Apps / Installed apps" section i found reminder that i have old apps and Viglink was active there.

Viglink is the way to monetize the website. I was curious where i can claim my viglink earnings from Cloudflare. They pointed me to VigLink and i was able to login there to find that my website got around 100 000 views for last 3 years and out of that was 25 clicks and $0 income. wow. is this normal?
