Webhosting company not replying to support ticket

If a webhosting company is not replying to a support ticket for a technical issue, what are the options available to a customer? How to get a response

    - Try to contact via e-mail or phone.
    - Try to find some public discussion about the host where they are active and try to post there to draw attention
    - Wait and try to work around the issue
    - switch your domain nameservers to a different webhosting

Contact through live chat with them.
Write a review of hosting experience what you faced with them, so they will respond you.

Getting in touch with the company via online chat or phone should be the fastest ways of getting support for your issue.

In a shared hosting environment, how many clients are assigned to each server? Is there a maximum? (This can be helpful in determining whether the host oversells space as well as whether you are likely to experience bandwidth or space issues)
