Selling from shared hosting instead of reseller hosting

Can I resell from godaddy's shared hosting?

Example I buy the deluxe package with unlimited domains and space and then sell hosting to my clients from it.

I know it is against the tos of many hosting companies but can i do that with godaddy?

No , Go for a reseller account where you have much resources in order to sale and its against TOS

    Good morning!

Reseller hosting is as cheap as web hosting package. Here is a good deal : 3 months for only 0.99.

You can but some of times customer will ask you to change domain and then big company can deny your request, I recently read about similar case and he lost big amount and even refund was not given to him.

    So purchase Reseller hosting.

However, I don't think this is against TOS for various company but it can be bad for many company in case of court case.
Purchase Cheap Windows VPS from Dewlance.com & Yearly SSD Shared Hosting

Since resellers depend on the company whose plans they resell, they very often don't have neither freedom nor responsibility for dealing with your problems.Your requests and problems are dealt within the extended period of time. The result is that you pay more for the services you get and you're dealing with the "wrong" person all along the way.

What are their server upgrade protocols? For example, are they able to update and upgrade their servers without downtime? If so, how? During what hours of the day/ night do they make those updates?
