Good provider of the virtual servers, especially backup VPS plans may be interesting (price/space).

My experience:

Order (middle of the July 2016) was bad, my IP got banned as it was proxy. VPS was setup in minutes. From client area i can for free: reinstall OS, reset password, see the usage graphs, flush iptables, access console and many other tasks.

SUMMARY: Good uptime of my backup VPS (99.99%+), quite good support. Good price.

VPS technical details:

VPS has Lithuania (EU) IP and city is Vilnius, traceroute's first hop is *.storage.serveriai.lt and next responding is from rackray.eu

Following data are several years old and new performance may be better.

Benchmark of that VPS:

# wget --no-check-certificate freevps.us/downloads/bench.sh -O - -o /dev/null | bash
