Was Indiblogger account closed by Google?

A blogger found that her Indiblogger account was closed without a valid reason. The blogs which were earlier approved and did not violate any condition, were suddenly closed without a specific reason. Was Google responsible or some other company in india? Can anyone help?

I can't see Google doing this directly. What was on the blog that may give anyone a reason to close it?
