I just want to increase my forum's Google Page Rank. But I don't know how I can do so . Can anybody tell me how I can increase my forum's Google Page Rank ???

Get a backink from PR 7 actual page, and wait for the next update. I'm sure on the next update you'll get pr4/5.

To bring your site in first page you have to put some effort. Page rank is great indicator, which tell you about how your page is performing over internet. Your page rank is based on the combination of the quality of your content. To increase the page you have to do more SEO, create more and more backlinks and increase the viewers in your page.

PageRank from Google is an outdated indictor as no one knows when Google will update it, last update before many months (winter 2013, see here and here). Do not relly on pageRank, it is very missleading indicator. Build quality content and dont do mass linkbulding.
