How can you create your goal in Google Analytics?
Go to your Google Analytics standard reports.
Click on the “Admin” button in the top right.
Click on “Goals”
From one of the Goal sets, click “+ Goal” to set up a new goal.

Go to google analytics then on the admin page and create goal as per need
Sign in to Google Analytics. Click Admin, and navigate to the desired view. In the VIEW column, click Goals.
Follow the steps to create a new goal (above), then:
Select Custom from the list of options.
Click Next step, then select a goal Type.
Click Next step again to continue setting up your goal.
To start setting up your goals:
Go to your Google Analytics standard reports.

To create a new goal in your Google Analytics account, click Admin, and choose the desired view you want to create the goal in. Once you're in the View column, click on Goals, click + New Goal, or import a goal from the Gallery.
