Which is more useful in between Classified ads vs Business Listing for a website, please share your view ?

Depending on the funds spent on the first and second. If ROI is higher for the first, and more is spent, then this is not a benefit. And in fact, look at the diagrams. They must be presented and then everything will become clear to you.

Business listing will focus on your business with its details contact no., company info etc. Classifieds is basically for products & services where you don't have to give every details about the business.
