Making sure to go to bed at the same time each night really helps, but it's so much easier said than done. I myself would know!

Stick to a sleep schedule
Don't go to bed hungry or stuffed
Create a room that's ideal for sleeping
If you choose to nap, limit yourself to up to 30 minutes and avoid doing so late in the day.
Regular physical activity can promote better sleep
Try to resolve your worries or concerns before bedtime
My sleep depends on many factors. The most important of them is the atmosphere at home and success at my job. Unfortunately, I can’t abstract from work processes even when walking with my family. The long-standing depression appeared last year due to a large number of competitors in online sales. Therefore, my doctor advised me to use airflow mattresses. Btw, my sleep is also affected by the physical condition of my children and wife. If they are sick, I won’t be able to sleep, no matter how much I want.
I have found it more difficult to sleep when i am hungry or stuffed so maybe avoid eating 2 hours before you sleep
