What do you hate on WHMCS billing system?

In my case i hate manual upgrades, these idiots release it very often patching their bugs and then waste my time doing it over and over again. I need automated upgrade system. Another thing i hate is complexity of applying changes into modiffied template.

I hate the poor customer support, less video tutorials about setups, not providing chat support.
