We are getting this error because in shared hosting users will get limited bandwidth and if you have excedded its limit then you will get this error.
You have to follow below steps to resolve bandwidth error but, it is must to have root access of your server.

  • Login into your WHM
  • click "Limit Bandwidth"
  • give the site 1 MB of additional bandwidth
  • refresh the site in your browser
