    Hi, what is the shared hosting company with the best support to its customers? Why do you think so?

    I m from India and I do suggest HostingRaja, for best customer support, they provide 24/7 support in regional languages.

    If you ask me, I've had a good run dealing with gigapros.com - their support is superb. Every question's answered very fast.
    BTW, they started to offer 15-day free trial on their personal hosting plans. No credit card required.

    As for me any satisfied customer would praise his host so there are lots of reliable hosts with polite professional support teams. Not the only one or a couple

    Bigrock was taken over by EIG and from that time the support has been an issue , delayed replies , downtime etc...

    Before choosing, I first open a ticket with hosting company and then check their response time.

    Main thing is Billing response time, Many of company do not reply to billing ticket for 2 to 3 days which is very bad and off on weekends.

    So keep this in your mind while choosing hosting company.

    Can't suggest any best company, You will be need to find it yourself.

    I used serversuit hosting with good support.
    Also used some russians hosting providers, some of them like vscale also good support, but often bad.
