When they find out that issue is solved. What should i write?
Something like: im glad we found the solution, im glad it works now for you
or then i should add like: You are welcome
I seen at Hostgator chat, they ask something like Is there anything else we can help.....
How do you suggest to deal with finishing chat session as soon as possible, while keeping client as much satisfied as possible?
