Any HDD bad sectors repair utility for MS Windows

Hello, is there any freeware software for Windows which repair bad sectors of the harddrive?

I know there is chkdisk windows utility

chkdisk /C
scans C: drive and repair bad sectors..

There is also "HDD regenerator", but it is paid software. here to buy: http://www.dposoft.net/hdd.html

MHDD is a free MS-DOS tool for checking HDD and marking bad sectors

If have an Western Digital drive, they have tool called "Data Lifeguard Diagnostics" its said to offer some kind of repair after test.

I have used HDD re generator and it really works very well.

I believe chkdsk /f c: is the right command to scan and repair sectors.
