im doing an VPS backup and it is done the way that VPS is not suspended in order to properly 1:1 sync all files on VPS, so i assume mysql database files might be somehow inconsistent if during an file backup is running some mysql query... am i right or no?

can be such damaged file repaired somehow?
If there such inconsistency, which mysql error is shown on the website? maybe such error indicate exact spot where inconsistency happend so i can manually delete inconsistent entry/ies?

Thank you

i can prevent mysql issue by running "mysqldump" before VPS backup, yes
