It can take time for Google to index your page; allow at least a week after submitting a sitemap or a submit to index request before assuming a problem. If your page or site change is recent, check back in a week to see if it is still missing.

If your site is not showing up on Google, it is most likely for one of the following reasons: Google has not yet indexed your website. This is most common with brand new websites. Google doesn't consider your site to be sufficiently “trustworthy” or “relevant” to show it for the keywords you want to rank for.

There are many possible reasons why your website is not appearing in Google search results.
If your site is new and hasn't been indexed yet, your content may not be optimized for the keywords you're targeting.

If you're not sure why your website isn't appearing in search results,
First, check if your site has been indexed:
    1. Search for "site:yourdomain.com" in Google.
    2. Submit your URL to Google using the Google Search Console if your site doesn't appear in the results.

And in case of your content may not be optimized for the keywords you're targeting. Ensure your content is well-optimized for the keywords you want to rank for.

If your site or page is new, it might not be in our index because we haven't had a chance to crawl or index it yet. It takes some time after you post a new page before we crawl it, and more time after that to index it.
