DA (Domain Authority) is a score defined by Moz which helps you understand the credibility of a domain. From an SEO perspective build links on those websites which can bring qualified inbound traffic to your website within your niche. Before building the link think about the traffic that a domain would bring in, if it fits your target region & audience and will improve your rate of conversions then you can build backlinks on the website.

Domain authority scores range from one to 100, with 100 being the best. The higher your DA score, the more likely you are to rank in the search engine results. You can use DA scores to compare websites and see which has more “ranking strength.”
