    Chrome Browser managed by organization?

This started showing up when I upgraded to Win 11. It's on my personal laptop at home - using Chrome 99.0
and I cannot update?? There are old threads relating to the registry and policies and how to delete this but
none pertaining to Win 11 Home.
Where did it come from and How do I remove it so that I can update Chrome?
    thanks for any help.

Couple months ago I went through that on my old laptop with Chrome managed By Your Organization when I switched from Avira to Avast. The statement was at the top of the 'Settings' page. At the time - I didn't recall details - it was something about the AV needing permissions to take control of some browser components, but the issue caused nothing very interesting and the cure really didn't change anything significant, so I ignored it.
