Age for mortgages
Can I take out a mortgage at 18? I think a lot of people would say that it's better not to do this and would discourage it. Because at 18, people are inexperienced and can do stupid things. But under the law is it possible?

Mortgage in the United States is legally possible for everyone, regardless of citizenship. As for the age, you can apply for a mortgage starts when you are 18 years old. But here, the question is whether the bank will approve a loan to an 18-year-old person since it is extremely rare that at the age of 18, you are financially able to repay monthly payments. By the way, it turns out that in the United States, there is also a reverse mortgage available to older people starting from the age of 62. It seems to be a good idea to take out a mortgage at 18 and pay everything up to 48 years, then live to the fullest, and then live on reverse mortgages, as they write on the website https://goodlifehomeloans.com/reverse-mortgages/.
