im looking to buy paypal account which is veriffied address. PP should not have any chargebacks (be clean), i need to use it to accept payments for webhosting.
I should receive login details and if everything ok for 7 days, i will pay. I can pay around $5

Why do you not want to open a new paypal account yourself?
cause i already have 2 frozen paypals (i entered wrong detail about myself) and 1 working. I think there can be maximum 2 accounts per one identity. Thats why i wish to buy PP veriffied with other identity.
