Unable to login to phpBB forum installed on Cpanel webhosting. earlier the website was installed on plesk webhosting and it was working fine, this problem seems to be created during migration. Even resetting the password is not working using phpmyadmin.
If you wish, U can try posting your forum URL, this can be cookies issue or file/folder permission issue maybe.
Being you i would try clearing cookies, cache or using different browser. Then also veriffying that folders like /cache has 777 permissions, trying to backup and empty /cache folder ; emptying cookies in phpbb.
