I agree on this. Marketing your site has so much work to do and you gotta have enough KNOWLEDGE, efforts and budget as well to be able to achieve your desired results. If your knowledge or if the marketing strategies you know is limited, it's either you hire an SEO consultant who you can work with. Why hire? Reasons are here. Or you can simply get an SEO company to do all the job for you...provided you have a good budget for this.

I have as well a fashion blog (which may turn to an online store in the future) site but it's not getting a good page rank at all after trying out some marketing strats I know (directory submission, smm, regular update of my content, guest posting, etc.). I guess my knowledge and experience are not enough well. So now I'm thinking if I should look for an SEO firm or a consultant. But I think I would probably choose a consultant not only because my budget is limited but I would want to be hands-on on the process as well so I could learn and do it on my own in the future.
