I think that HQ forum comments are accepted!

First of all the best long term SEO is quality and new content. If the poster have a minimum SEO education it will know how to optimize keywords on his article to make it better from SEO point of view!

I think that a great long term SEO is PBN (!!! Is is black hat SEO). PBN = private blogging network. A good multi-tier PBN is very valuable but it require much time and it is often expensive! In the other hand, the results are exceptional!
