I think it make sense. The domain owners who are serious about their online "business" may tend to renew their domain for longer periods. It can be sign of a valuable website.. (ggogle puts valuable websites in high ranking)
But the impact i think might be quite low.
NO, I don’t think so that point are become factor of SEO ranking because if someone need online business then sure renew domain again and again.
But if your domain is older then get more exposure than new domain because Google given extra priority for old age domain.
