Google, along with tata involved in theft of intellectual property of competitors

The United states has imposed sanctions on China for the theft of intellectual property, yet the US company google along with tata is openly and brazenly involved in the theft of the intellectual property of a harmless google competitor in India since 2010, stealing her memory without a legally valid reason,without any compensation to the engineer whose memory google and others are stealing.
The US government is protecting US companies against the theft of intellectual property, however indian citizens, find that the corrupt indian government agencies like ntro are stealing their memory/intellectual property and selling it to google,tata and anyone who pays the sex, money bribes demanded by the ntro employees
Is the government in your country helping google steal the intellectual property of its competitors or is the corrupt indian government the only government which helps US companies steal the memory/intellectual property of harmless citizens without a legally valid reason
Any help to end google's intellectual property theft in India will be greatly appreciated.
