PHPBB Mod (plugin) for properly naming threads

Hi,do you know any simple PHPBB plugin to check submited threads for proper topic name syntax?

For example i want topic like this in some section:

CompanyWebsite.com - laptops
CompanyWebsite2.com - cell phones

So i want require users to add "." and "-" or "*.* - *"
