    I usually go to the gym to workout. I do CrossFit almost every single day so it really helps a lot with stress reduction. Sometimes, I just eat good food like Indian buttered chicken, garlic naan and strawberry lassi. Perfect combination.

    Different people prefer different remedies, you just need to find yours. Someone likes to buy weed online , someone eates his favorite foods, others prefer sports and exhausting excercises. I think if nothing works, a good doctor will be 100% helpful.

    I try to sleep more, walk or run outsides, spending time with my favourite hobbies is very helpful too.

    What do you think about Medical Marijuana for this purpose? I guess it is a really good and working thing which you will like. I know that a lot of people don't like it, but it is really great!

    Of course, the best solution to counteract stress is exercise. This may be a visit to the hall, just running on the street, workout, sports. But unfortunately, today we are all very busy with work and household chores. There is no time for sport. But do not forget that sex is the same as sports.
