    I usually go to the gym to workout. I do CrossFit almost every single day so it really helps a lot with stress reduction. Sometimes, I just eat good food like Indian buttered chicken, garlic naan and strawberry lassi. Perfect combination.

    I try to sleep more, walk or run outsides, spending time with my favourite hobbies is very helpful too.

    And speaking of CBD, this product is definitely not addictive? After all, it is based on cannabidiol, and this is considered a narcotic, if I'm not mistaken.
