How to block spam commenting in my word-press blog?

I can recommend plugin called "Anti-spam (https://wordpress.org/plugins/anti-spam/)" by Webvitaly i use it for years and have no issue with SPAM. No one yet contacted me about being blocked inproperly, though my site is small with not many visitors.
