Text link ad networks in 2018

There are very few text link ad networks in 2018 as google/cia has closed down most of the ad networks to increase its google adwords profit
Some of the major text link networks are

Magenet

Sape.ru is not approving many websites, so is there any other ad network for selling advertising like tnx.net which was shut down.Information on Banner ad networks which will pay a fixed fee monthly will also be appreciated

The placement of links on low quality sites generated by wordpress blogs is long overdue and inefficient in 2018. Such purchases are rather made by mistake, through deceptive ways of attracting advertisers. For example, Magenet owners are deceiving advertisers. I also can not find any link ad networks that accepts lower quality sites. It seems that most often they do not accept my sites. I think they may use tools like Moz rank (https://moz.com/researchtools/ose/) to evaluate site.

I use following ad networks:

linkspanel.com
linkworth.com
backlinks.com
sape.ru
adhitz.com (http://www.adhitz.com/en/Publishers-How_it_Works)

but i think all these accepts only big authority sites. Linkspanel, backlinks.com accepted even lower quality sites which i submitted around 2 years ago, but advertisers do not buy links.

Which are the most important factors



DA, PA, CF, TF should be as much as possible. 100-150 + backlinks to the site on Ahrefs or any similar service, 500+ unique visitors per day and nonzero Alexa Rank. There should be no signs of artificial twisting of these parameters.
The site should not look like part of the network for selling links. But even this does not guarantee. For example, one quality site in Sape.ru sells many links, the other - no. References are now bought with careful testing of various parameters.
