Unable to add website to magenet account

I am unable to add a healthcare website to my magenet account, getting an error message, that it is in some other account. I have contacted magenet repeatedly yet I have not got any reply. Any idea how to add the website, there is no one else paying the website expenses?

I think it may take several days for them to respond, moreover these days many people are not working as it is Christmas in US.
You will probably need to support your claim by uploading some file to your site or editing your site footer showing some text where you claim you are the magenet user XY and this is your domain and site. Make sure you have not created multiple magenet accounts.
