Hacker changing shift key to copy key

Hackers are changing the shift key on a micromax laptop to a copy key automatically. How to prevent the change in the shift key and find out how it is being done.

If you have trouble with Seamonkey and also with operating system functions like keyboard replaced keys, i would use Spybot S&D and also some antivirus to scan computer for malware. Or better, backup your important data, erase HDD and install new OS, preferably Linux as it is said to be less vulnerable to hacking. I am using Lubuntu and it is nice OS.
