404 means that the page you are opening can not be found.
So only web site owner can fix it.
He need to edit webpage code or links so the links point to valid/existing pages.
He can also edit .htaccess file and create some redirect in which he can bulk redirect 404 to other web pages.

Most of time 404 error can be handle with by adding redirection code in .htaccess file.
If you are using WordPress website then you can use one free and effective plugin for that which is Trash Duplicate and 301 Redirect. It will find duplicate post, pages, custom posts, etc. and delete that duplicates.
