Hi,
i faced issues with Ubuntu 12.04 reboot when installed default OpenVZ template from http://openvz.org/Download/template/precreated
reboot, ssh access, networking
Did you suceeded installing Ubuntu 12.x on openVZ, can you please share how you did it?
