In Virtualizor (running on Centos 6.9, OpenVZ kernel), i got error when attempting to start VPS (KVM one):
"error: Unable to create cgroup for"
when i run command:
service libvirtd restart
VPS started without error
This topic (https://blog.hostonnet.com/virsh-error-unable-to-create-cgroup-for-x-no-such-file-or-directory) seems to be related, he says the issue happens in OpenVZ kernel, someone else said it is caused by "systemd"
