If a webhosting company is not replying to a support ticket for a technical issue, what are the options available to a customer? How to get a response
- Try to contact via e-mail or phone.
- Try to find some public discussion about the host where they are active and try to post there to draw attention
- Wait and try to work around the issue
- switch your domain nameservers to a different webhosting

Write a review of hosting experience what you faced with them, so they will respond you.

you can contact them either with a call or through a live chat. your issue will be resolved soon by contacting the live support rather than raising the support ticket.
