Some Indian webhosting companies are suspending the account if any website has complaints against corrupt and fraud indian government employees, exposes sex scandals, human rights abuses because they are allegedly threatened by NTRO (the indian equivalent of NSA). How to find webhosting companies, especially in India, which allow customers to host anti corruption, anti fraud related websites

Regarding the domain, i would not buy .in domain with valid details from Indian provider, if you plan to be a whistleblower against Indian government employees.
