in aim to find the best torrent search engine, i have tried to find some data regarding amount of indexed torrents by particular sites.
meta-search
BT4G: https://bt4g.com or https://bt4g.org or http://bt4gcomcf45mceic277o3goxvizgh6yj6vazoj4o63wfqujzyk zdavyd.onion - Indexing 83 708 537 torrents.
BTDig: https://btdig.com
AIO: https://www.aiosearch.com
stand alone (approx. couple of million torrents)
https://thepiratebay.org
https://extratorrent.cc

http://www.seedpeer.eu - 8,296,125 torrents
http://www.mininova.org/statistics - 72,134 torrents
