How Much Impact of URL shortener in seo..?

It depends if the shortener use 301 or 302 redirect code.
For example when you check https://tinyurl.com/mbq3m at https://httpstatus.io/ you can see 301, which mean that such redirect should carry link juice (backlink power).
I think 302 (temporary redirect code) may not carry SEO benefits of the original page. I may be wrong.
