PS4 or XBOX One?

Probably almost everyone heard of them by now so, I'm planning to get a console, but I'm still considering whether I should get PS4 or Xbox One. Currently most of friends recommend PS4 though.

Speaking in terms of hardware PS4 is more superior to XBOX One as it has a powerful GPU and a unified RAM 8GB GDDR5. Sony is better suited for roll paying and adventure games. The VR in PlayStation is a point to be considered and is currently better than XBOX One.
