What is the cheapest and most uptime oriented way to run some website for lets say 70 years without caring to do regular renewals or monitoring whether hosting company is working?

My ideas:
1.
a) ordering VPS from lets say 5 different providers who allows to top-up account balance and auto pay invoices from it
b) mirroring the sites and its mysql databases somehow across the VPSs and setting up domain nameservers to be 5 nameservers

Is there any tutorial for this?

2.
a) shutting down dynamic website and turning it into a text
b) publish text on some sites like:
pastebin.com
pages.github.com
hubpages.com
freehostia.com
freehosting.com
zoho.com/sites/pricing.html
byet.host/free-hosting
Problem is that the site contains around half million files if turned into files by wget or by Httrack, best would be some php+mysql hosting/server.
