What is Your experience with this service provider? BigRock.com

I had a domain with them, first time price was good.
Then while i do not want to renew domain there is issue, they are sending out tens of renewal reminder e-mails bothering me.

I asked them not to send it to me, but i am ignored.

who call back if you have any problem and also in local languge

I have multiple websites with them and will continue to grow with them, bigrock has been great in their responses to any issues I've had.
