Usually sites where you add links do not make your IP public, so regarding Google ranking, i would not worry, google do not know IP that submitted the link.

Thanks admin for good clarification. But i don't know? I have two website have hosted in two different IP location also there content are different backlinks are different but in SERP they rank together in same keyword. I don't know how its possible I only work together from the same IP location.
