Selling from shared hosting instead of reseller hosting

Can I resell from godaddy's shared hosting?

Example I buy the deluxe package with unlimited domains and space and then sell hosting to my clients from it.

I know it is against the tos of many hosting companies but can i do that with godaddy?

You can but some of times customer will ask you to change domain and then big company can deny your request, I recently read about similar case and he lost big amount and even refund was not given to him.

What are their server upgrade protocols? For example, are they able to update and upgrade their servers without downtime? If so, how? During what hours of the day/ night do they make those updates?
