GPS co-ordinates Android app to navigate

Hello, is there any trusted light-weight Android app that allows me to scan qr code and resuting GPS co-oordinates will be used to navigate me?
I do not wish heavy map application. Just to tell me direction which i set manually, copying from website or qr code

I think Google maps cant do it, right?
