how to rate a product, leave feedback for a product / write a review on Aliexpress?

i think this might be the page: http://feedback.aliexpress.com/management/feedbackBuyerList.htm
It seems one have to leave feedback within 30 days of delivery.

Go to My orders and press Confirm Goods Received on goods you just received, there you can leave feedback.
