ISSUE: Windows 10 computer/laptop awake itself from sleep during night
In my case, i run command prompt by typing "cmd" into search field and then right click on found item and select to run Command Prompt as an Administrator.
Then i type command and execute: powercfg/waketimers
It shown something like:
Reason: Windows will execute ‘NT TASK\Microsoft\Windows\UpdateOrchestrator\Reboot’ scheduled task that requested waking the computer.
Open task scheduler (into Windows search field i type: tasks), go to Task Scheduler Library > Microsoft > Windows > UpdateOrchestrator Click on Reboot, right click Properties or Settings and go to the conditions tab, and uncheck "Wake the computer to run this task". Confirm change.
----------------
Another method:
Go to: Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Power Options\Edit Plan Settings Click "Change advanced power settings"
Go to "Sleep->Allow wake timers" and change the setting to Disable.
